Dr. Alexander Jobrack is a board-certified Occupational and Environmental Medicine physician and experienced Flight Surgeon with a distinguished background in military medicine, public health, and workplace safety. He brings extensive expertise in fitness-for-duty evaluations, diagnostic testing, medical surveillance, and occupational health program leadership, grounded in evidence-based care and operational readiness.

Dr. Jobrack earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Arizona before completing his Occupational and Environmental Medicine residency at Harvard University. He also obtained a Master of Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He is board certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine and holds certification as a Medical Review Officer. Earlier in his career, Dr. Jobrack completed general surgery training at Keesler Medical Center, where he performed a broad range of clinical procedures and contributed to published research and patented medical device development.

Most recently, Dr. Jobrack served as Flight Surgeon, Occupational Medicine Consultant, and Chief of Aerospace Medicine at Beale Air Force Base, where he directed occupational health programs supporting more than 1,000 active-duty service members. In this role, he conducted surveillance, pre-employment, and fitness-for-duty examinations; chaired the Occupational and Environmental Working Group; and fulfilled Public Health Emergency Officer responsibilities, advising senior leadership on public health threats and emergency preparedness. His prior service includes assignment as a Flight Surgeon at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, where he provided primary care to aviators, reviewed and prepared aviation medical waivers, verified flight-approved medications, and participated in mishap investigations and mass-casualty planning.
