Dr. Alexis Dixon is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, expert witness, and entrepreneur based in California. She is the founder and CEO of OrthoLegal, a premier medicolegal management company serving over 100 orthopaedic surgeons across the state. Since launching OrthoLegal in 2021, Dr. Dixon has conducted over 3000 Qualified and Agreed Medical Evaluations (QME/AMEs).

Dr. Dixon earned her medical degree with Highest Distinction as Valedictorian of the Keck School of Medicine at USC, where she was also president of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her orthopaedic surgery residency at LAC+USC and a fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Her background combines rigorous academic achievement, high-volume surgical experience at a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Dr. Dixon is a fellow of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society, and an active member of multiple professional societies, including the California Orthopaedic Association, Western Orthopaedic Association, and the California Applicant Attorneys’ Association.
