Christina (Tina) Hajewski, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with advanced fellowship training and a strong academic and clinical background in musculoskeletal care. She joined Olympia Orthopaedic Associates in the fall of 2022 and currently practices as an associate physician, providing comprehensive non-operative orthopaedic and spine care.

Dr. Hajewski earned her Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences, summa cum laude, with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Miami, where she was also a member of the varsity swim team and served as Academic Captain. She went on to complete a Master of Science at Brown University before returning to the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine. She completed her orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, followed by a spine surgery fellowship at the Indiana Spine Group.

While fellowship-trained in spine surgery, Dr. Hajewski’s clinical focus has been on the non-operative management of spine conditions, as well as sports medicine and general musculoskeletal care. She offers a broad range of conservative treatments, including image-guided injections and individualized, evidence-based treatment plans designed to optimize function and quality of life.

Dr. Hajewski is an accomplished researcher and author, with numerous peer-reviewed publications in leading orthopaedic and spine journals. She has contributed a book chapter to Operative Techniques in Orthopaedic Surgery (3rd Edition) and has presented her research nationally and internationally. Her academic interests include patient-reported outcomes, opioid stewardship, ligament reconstruction, and diversity in orthopaedic surgery.
