Dr. Evan S. Marlowe is a board-certified physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), with a focus on sports medicine, pain management, and preventive care. He brings over two decades of clinical experience to his role as a treating physician and Qualified Medical Evaluator in Santa Ana, California.
Dr. Marlowe earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Biomedical Sciences from the University of California, Riverside, graduating with honors and Phi Beta Kappa distinction. He went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1995. After completing a surgical internship at Oregon Health Sciences University, he pursued residency training in PM&R at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, where he served as Chief Resident from 1998 to 1999.
Since returning to California in 1999, Dr. Marlowe has dedicated his career to providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care through both private practice and collaborative rehabilitation programs. He previously served as Medical Director of Rehabilitation and Medical Fitness at West Hills Hospital and founded The Marlowe Institute for Sport, Spine and Nerve.
Currently, Dr. Marlowe practices at IPM in Santa Ana, where he serves as a primary treating physician. He has been a Qualified Medical Evaluator since 1999 and has held key roles in multidisciplinary clinics including Southland Spine and Rehabilitation Medical Center.
