Dr. Jasmin Singh is a double board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. She specializes in treating both acute and chronic pain conditions using a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that combines non-invasive therapies with advanced interventional techniques. Her areas of clinical focus include spine disorders, joint and musculoskeletal pain, and nerve-related conditions, particularly in the neck, lower back, shoulders, and hips.
A Los Angeles native, Dr. Singh grew up in the San Fernando Valley before moving to the East Coast to pursue her medical education. She holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) and a Master of Health Administration (M.H.A.) from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she graduated with top academic honors. She then completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, a program jointly led by Columbia and Cornell Universities, with clinical rotations at esteemed institutions including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the Hospital for Special Surgery, and Burke Rehabilitation Hospital. Dr. Singh went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the University of California, Davis.
Throughout her career, Dr. Singh has held clinical roles at leading healthcare organizations, including Optum and the California Headache and Pain Center, where she serves as both a practicing physician and mentor to medical students. She is an active educator and frequent speaker, having presented dozens of lectures and grand rounds on topics ranging from cancer pain management and neuromodulation to opioid prescribing practices and sports injuries.
