Dr. Kali Tileston is a highly respected and board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in pediatric orthopaedics. She currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Stanford University and holds key leadership positions at Stanford Children’s Health and California Pacific Medical Center. With a distinguished career in academic medicine and clinical practice, Dr. Tileston is known for her expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions in children and adolescents.

Dr. Tileston earned her medical degree from the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine, where she graduated with honors, including being inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed her orthopaedic residency at Stanford University, followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery at Stanford. Her extensive training in pediatric musculoskeletal care, combined with a focus on the developmental needs of growing children, enables her to provide comprehensive care to young patients, from common injuries to complex deformities.

In addition to her clinical roles, Dr. Tileston is a leader in orthopaedic education and patient care quality improvement. She serves as the Medical Director of Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery at California Pacific Medical Center and is actively involved in various quality and safety initiatives through her role as Chair of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Program at Stanford Children’s Health. Dr. Tileston’s clinical interests include pediatric trauma, spinal deformities, scoliosis, and hip conditions, and she works closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, compassionate care for children with orthopaedic needs.
